What data and why: When you contact me by email or book a shoot, I process the information you share with me (e.g. name, email, phone, event details, address) as well as the photographs taken during the shoot. I use this data only to answer your enquiry, carry out and deliver my services, and meet legal obligations such as accounting. When you visit this website, the host automatically collects technical data (e.g. IP address, browser) and uses technically necessary cookies to run the site securely. I do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Photographs: Photographs showing you or your family are only published on this website or on social media with your consent.
Service providers and transfer abroad: I use service providers such as Wix.com (website hosting, Israel/USA) and [Apple iCloud] (email, USA). Data may therefore be processed outside Switzerland. Where these countries do not offer adequate data protection, appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). I do not sell your data.
Retention: I keep data only as long as necessary for the purpose or as required by law (e.g. 10 years for invoices).
